Ryan Meehan, violin, rebroadcast

This week we rebroadcast a show featuring 18 year old violinist Ryan Meehan from New Trier High School in Winnetka. He performed Brahms, Bach, Fauré and Dvorak. Ryan moved here from Florida to study at the Music Institute of Chicago, and will attend the Colburn Conservatory in LA this fall. Accompanied on piano by Milana Pavchinskaya.

One of the most interesting things about his program is that he was inspired to learn all the pieces after hearing his friends perform them first!
