Get Ready for 7 Year Old Emily Bear!

This Saturday, September 20th we welcome 7 year old composer and pianist Emily Bear of Rockford Illinois. Emily has performed on the Ellen DeGeneres show 3 times and, last year, at the White House! She was the youngest person ever to with the Illinois ASCAP young composer award, and has been invited to perform at Lincoln Center in NY City this winter.

Emily will be performing several classical works, a few pieces by Duke Ellington, and a handful of her own compositions -- each with their own story. The broadcast will live from Flashpoint: The Academy of Media Arts and Sciences in the Loop.
